1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you confirm that you:

2. Our Services

Holds funds from buyers until agreed conditions with sellers are met.
Releases payment only when both parties confirm that the transaction is complete.
Reduces the risks of fraud, non-payment, and disputes in global business transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

Respond promptly to any requests for verification or supporting documents.

4. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use SDDTIF ESCROW for:
Money laundering, terrorist financing, or illegal financial activity.
Sale of counterfeit goods, prohibited items, or unlawful services.
Transactions involving gambling, adult content, drugs, weapons, or fraud.
Interfering with our platform, attempting to hack, or introducing malicious code.

5. Escrow Process
1. Agreement – Buyer and seller agree on terms of the transaction.
2. Deposit – Buyer deposits funds securely into SDDTIF ESCROW.
3. Delivery/Performance – Seller delivers goods or completes the service.
4. Verification – Buyer confirms receipt or satisfaction with the agreement.
5. Release – Funds are released to the seller.
If there is a dispute, SDDTIF ESCROW will hold funds until the matter is resolved in accordance with our Dispute Resolution Policy.
6. Fees
Service fees are disclosed upfront before confirming any transaction.
Fees are non-refundable once the escrow process has started, except in cases required by law.
Users are responsible for any additional bank or transfer charges.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a buyer and seller cannot agree on a transaction outcome, SDDTIF ESCROW may:
Request evidence from both parties.
Hold funds until mutual resolution or binding decision is made.
In certain cases, refer the matter to arbitration or relevant legal authorities.
Our decision, once final, is binding within the scope of our service.
8. Limitation of Liability
SDDTIF ESCROW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of goods and services exchanged.
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of escrow fees paid to us in the transaction in question.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

You may also request account closure by contacting us directly.
10. Changes to Services or Terms
