At SDDTIF ESCROW, we are committed to ensuring that all payments are processed securely, transparently, and fairly for both buyers and sellers. This Payment Policy explains how deposits, releases, fees, and refunds are handled when using our escrow services.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following secure methods:
Bank transfers
Debit/credit cards (where supported)
Approved digital wallets and payment processors
All payments must be made directly through the SDDTIF ESCROW platform. We do not authorize third-party payments outside our system.
2. Payment Deposit into Escrow
Buyers must deposit the full agreed transaction amount into the SDDTIF ESCROW account before a seller can deliver goods or services.
Funds are securely held until all transaction terms are fulfilled.
The deposited funds remain under escrow protection and are not accessible to the seller until release conditions are met.
3. Release of Funds
Payments will only be released to the seller once the buyer confirms delivery or completion of the agreed service.
If the buyer does not respond within the specified confirmation period, SDDTIF ESCROW reserves the right to release funds after reasonable verification.
In the event of a dispute, funds will remain in escrow until resolution under our Dispute Resolution Policy.
4. Service Fees
A standard escrow service fee applies to each transaction.
Fees are disclosed clearly before a transaction begins.
Fees are non-refundable once a transaction has started, except where required by law.
Any additional bank charges, transfer costs, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the user.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only processed if both parties agree or if a dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
6. Currency & Conversion
All transactions are processed in the supported currencies displayed on the platform.
If a payment involves currency conversion, applicable exchange rates and fees will be applied.
Users are responsible for confirming the final transaction amount before making a deposits.
7. Failed or Reversed Payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged for fraud, the transaction will not proceed.
SDDTIF ESCROW reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious payment activities.
8. Record Keeping
Users will receive electronic receipts for all payments made and received.
Transaction histories can be accessed within your SDDTIF ESCROW account dashboard.
